RAF wants you to love your safety apparel.  We offer a 100% Guarantee that the product is free from manufacturing defect. We pride ourselves on shipping high quality merchandise, but errors do happen. We will cheerfully replace or refund  payment for any obvious manufacturing defect.
 
Decorated or personalized items are non-returnable, so please review the sizing charts to assure accuracy in ordering logo'ed merchandise.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the merchandise within 20 days. RAF cannot authorize any return of merchandise that has been in the customer’s possession for 20 days or more.

You must call for a return authorization number before returning merchandise. Authorized exchange of merchandise due to customer error can be accomplished with the customer prepaying the freight.

RAF is not responsible for damages occurring in transit all claims must be made with the carrier.
