Our new Visibility Enhanced Apparel (VEA^®) Systems Jacket is ANSI III compliant. It is our VEA-431 Parka as the outer shell, with our VEA-421 3-Season Jacket zipped in as the inner liner. This makes for an all weather any season combination jacket. It features a tough woven polyester shell which is soft and supple on the inside. The outside jacket features a breathable, waterproof shell (Available in Solid lime or 2-tone Lime/Black).
