Data Security

Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect online. Among the safeguards is Secure.

Socket Layer (SSL) technology

How Do We Protect Subscriber Information Once We Have It? All information is stored on a secure server. RA uses Extended Validation Secure Socket Layer (EV SSL) server for our Web site. An EV SSL requires extensive verification of our identity by the certificate authority (CA) before a certificate is issued. This higher level verification shows up as the “green bar” on your browser and ensures you are securely connected to RA, similar to your banking website. Browsers will encrypt the contents of the subscription form before sending it to our server.

Your personal or business information is used strictly to fulfill orders you have placed with RA, and to confirm and authorize payment to RA with the credit card information you have willingly provided.

Your personal information is never passed on to any other parties for the use of marketing by any other such parties. However, by virtue of completing an order, you will receive a confirmation of such order via the email address you have provided.

Additionally, you can opt-in to receive additional news and marketing information from RA in the future, by selecting the opt-in check box provided on the order form.
